*HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?- At Mayberry Boutique, we want to keep you informed about our shipping process. All items you order typically take about 8 to 12 weeks to arrive at our boutique before they are shipped to you. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or is ready for local pickup, you will receive an email notification to let you know. To ensure a smooth process, please refrain from contacting us regarding your order unless the 12 week period has elapsed. We thank you for your understanding and support as we work to deliver your items promptly.

*PAYMENTS- Right now we accept any debit or credit card as well as afterpay. If you have any payment issues at checkout, please email us directly at themayberryboutique.llc@gmail.com & we are happy to manually invoice you via your email (you can also pay with any debit/credit card this way).

*SHIPPING- We are in no way responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages. You are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct.

* REFUNDS/EXCHANGES- All sales are Final. We cannot offer exchanges/store credit for anything unless there is a DEFECT. (Defects include: Torn, non-functional and/or broken. You must notify us within one week of receiving it.) When you purchase from us, you are agreeing to this. We ask when you receive your item(s) to immediately check them. We no longer replace items if it has been longer than 30 days from you receiving item(s). If for any reason we allow a return, it will result in a 25% restocking fee & tax/shipping is nonrefundable. No order cancellations.
